01 / WHAT I BUILT

Early business signals, ready for action.

Rovanta builds practical systems for B2B growth. The current Restaurant Signals offer identifies upcoming Montréal restaurant openings for suppliers; earlier workflow work connected lead qualification, messaging and follow-up for a roofing use case.

02 / MY ROLE

My contribution.

I mapped business processes, configured the roofing lead workflow and developed the Restaurant Signals offer and research process.

  • Configured GoHighLevel, conversational AI and Twilio across lead qualification, booking and follow-up stages.
  • Mapped no-shows, quote follow-up, inactivity and past-customer touchpoints in the lead lifecycle.
  • Developed the Restaurant Signals positioning, sourcing method and human-verified delivery format.
03 / HOW IT WORKS

Inside the system.

Restaurant Signals is a research-to-delivery pipeline. The separate roofing workflow followed an inquiry from capture and qualification through CRM stage changes, Twilio messages, booking and exception-aware follow-up.

04 / IMPLEMENTATION

Under the hood.

The details that make the experience or workflow work in practice.

01

Stage-aware lead follow-up

The roofing workflow tied each follow-up to lead context: booked, missed, quoted, inactive or past customer.

02

Source-linked records

Restaurant Signals packages stage, published business contact, verification date and the source filing so each opportunity can be checked.

03

A sheet people can act from

CSV and Google Sheet delivery fit a supplier's prospecting process without requiring a new dashboard.

AI ARCHITECTURE

Where the model fits.

AI role

Conversational AI was part of the configured roofing qualification and follow-up workflow.

Human review

Restaurant opportunity records are researched and verified by a person before delivery.

05 / WHY IT WORKS THIS WAY

Decisions with intent.

The thinking behind the architecture and product experience.

01 / DECISION

Find the signal early

Permits and licences can reveal a restaurant project during fit-out, when a supplier conversation is still timely.

02 / DECISION

Preserve source and stage

A lead is more useful when a salesperson can see why it was included, its current stage and when it was verified.

03 / DECISION

Use a direct delivery format

The offer centers on a prospecting-ready sheet rather than asking a supplier to learn another interface.

06 / THE HARD PART

Making fragmented signals actionable.

Public records, business contacts and timing live in different places. The pipeline connects a source filing to a verified business stage and a supplier-ready row; the roofing workflow applies the same principle to lead states and follow-up timing.

07 / CURRENT STAGE

Where it stands.

Live venture with a public Restaurant Signals offer; roofing lead workflow configured for a use case.
